Terms of Use for This Review Site
This page sets out the terms on which this website may be used. It is worth being precise about what the site is: an independent review of LevelUp Casino and of online gambling generally. It is not the casino, it is not operated by the casino, and it provides no gambling services of its own. An earlier version of this page carried a casino's own terms and conditions — rules about registering an account, making deposits and having an account suspended. None of that applies here, because none of it happens here, and the text has been replaced.
1. What this site is, and what it is not
This is a review site. It publishes assessments of an operator's licence, bonus terms, payment conditions and published figures, together with guides on how casino games and their published numbers work. It holds no player accounts, accepts no deposits, processes no payments and offers no games. If you play at an operator, the contract is between you and that operator, and its terms govern it — not these.
2. How this site is funded
Links to the operator on this site are affiliate links: if you register through one, this site may receive a commission from the operator. That is how it is paid for. Two consequences are worth stating plainly. First, a commission exists whether or not the assessment on a page is favourable, and nothing on this site is written to order — where a figure could not be verified, the page says so instead of repeating it. Second, an affiliate link may route you to different operators depending on the country you are in, so the destination you reach may not be the one described on this page. Check the name, the licence and the terms on the site that actually opens before you deposit.
3. Accuracy, dating and sources
Everything here is a snapshot. Bonus amounts, wagering multipliers, limits, payment methods and licence details change without notice, and a figure that was correct when a page was written can be wrong a month later. Where a page states a figure, it names where that figure came from and, where it matters, the date on which it was checked. Where nothing could be verified, the page says that rather than filling the gap. The operator's own site serves a region block from our location, which is stated on the pages it affects. Nothing on this site is a substitute for the terms displayed in your own account at the moment you accept an offer.
4. Age and eligibility
This site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if it is higher, to use the links on it. Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in many jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to know the law that applies to you. Nothing here is an inducement to gamble in a place where gambling is not permitted.
5. Responsible gambling
Gambling costs money on average: every game described on this site has a house edge, and no strategy, system or bonus removes it. If you gamble, treat the money as spent on entertainment, set a limit before you start, and use the deposit, loss and session limits a licensed operator is required to provide. If you think your gambling has become a problem, the tools to stop are self-exclusion at the operator and a national helpline — both of which work faster than any article.
6. External links and third-party material
This site links to operators, regulators, game studios and other third parties. It does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, their terms or their availability. Game names, logos and trademarks mentioned here belong to their owners and are used to identify what is being discussed.
7. Content on this site
The text, structure and original images on this site are its own work and may not be republished wholesale. Quoting a passage with a link back is fine. Figures sourced from third parties remain attributable to them, and anyone reusing them should check them at the source rather than trusting this page.
8. Limits of liability
This site provides information, not advice, and no outcome of gambling is predictable. It cannot be held liable for money lost gambling, for an operator's decisions about an account, bonus or withdrawal, or for a figure that changed after publication. If an operator's terms and this site disagree, the operator's terms are the ones that bind you.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the site does. The version published here is the one in force, and material changes will be dated.
10. Contact
Corrections are welcome and are the fastest way to improve a page: if a figure here is out of date or wrong, write to the address in the footer and say which page and which figure. For questions about an account, a bonus or a payment at the casino, the operator's own support is the only place that can answer — this site has no access to accounts.
